Flooring Terms and Conditions

Ordering: Copy of Purchase Order is required for order processing.

Pricing: All prices quoted are FOB ALSTON INC. warehouse, City of Chino, CA.
All orders are taken full box only. No broken box policy.

Terms: First Order will always be COD; Credit terms will be determined
based on credit history.
All others and outside CA. accounts will be Prepaid or C.O.D. basis.
Bank transfers, Company Checks, Money Orders, Cash, Cashier's
Checks,VISA or MASTER credit cards accepted.
Transferable Letter of Credit (L/C) for container orders.
Past due payments are charged 1.5% monthly interest plus Court Fees.

Delivery/Shipping: Most orders shipped promptly upon receipt of the Purchase Order.
Delivery within 50 miles radius is $75 to the shop with onsite unloading assistance. Job site delivery starts at $100 min. with onsite unloading assistance and within 45 minutes unloading time limit. Additional fees apply for locations exceeding 50 miles, second story delivery, locations without onsite unloading help and/or exceeding our normal unloading time limit.
Out of state orders will be shipped Freight Collect via Common Carrier or customer specified carrier. The carrier for each order will establish rates.
Please check with Alston staff for exact shipping fee at the time of ordering.

Return/Exchange: There are NO returns/exchanges after Thirty days (30) from the Invoice date. All returned or exchanged materials must be accompanied by the original receipt and MUST be in its original unopened packaging.
Twenty percent (20%) restocking charge applies to ALL returned materials.

Warranty: We are proud to warrant our quality products. The detail warranty information is included in each package. Please refer to the terms and conditions of our warranty registration form inside the packages of our products. LABOR COSTS ARE NOT COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY.

Dealer's Responsibility:
At ALSTON INC., we manually select the best raw materials available and produce products to not exceed the permitted Five percent (5%) defect tolerance of the accepted industry standards. The Dealer, installer/homeowner has the final inspection responsibility as to grade, color, factory finish and moisture content of the products at the time of delivery. The dealer/user should record the problems in writing and obtain the signature of our drivers, then, the dealer should contact ALSTON INC. immediately to notify us the nature of the problem. Failure to do so might invalidate the claims.
